Exhibitors at the Farnam Central AQHA Level 1 Championships saddled up their American Quarter Horses on April 11 for the opening day of competition at State Fair Park in Oklahoma City. The show kicked off at 8 a.m. with Level 1 youth performance halter mares in the Jim Norick Arena and Level 1 amateur showmanship in the Performance Arena.
The Farnam Central, running April 11-15, features Rookie classes, sponsored by B&W Trailer Hitches, and Level 1 classes; these two levels of AQHA competition are designed for everyone from the beginner to the minimally accomplished competitors, respectively. The show offers a variety of events and activities for competitors, friends, family and spectators to take part in throughout the show, including free Ride the Pattern clinics taught by AQHA Professional Horsemen.
