Alex Ross will retire as the American Quarter Horse Association’s senior director of judges and stewards on December 31, 2016. Ross will continue to assist the AQHA judging program in the future to ensure a smooth and successful transition for the new senior director of judges.
“Alex has truly been an asset to the American Quarter Horse Association,” said Pete Kyle, AQHA chief show officer. “The Association is grateful for the strong leadership demonstrated by Alex through the years, and we are very fortunate to have him as a mentor to the new senior director of judges and to share his knowledge.”
