NCPEA Hosts Roy Saunders Memorial Show; Celebrates 50th Anniversary
The North Carolina Palomino Exhibitors Association will be hosting their Roy Saunders Memorial PHBA and Open Show Labor Day weekend, September 3 and 4, 2016 in Camden, South Carolina.
As a joint PHBA and Open Show, exhibitors will have plenty of options to choose from with high-point awards being given in both shows. For those showing in both, they offer a flat fee of $275 that includes one stall plus two bags of shavings, and unlimited PHBA and open show classes (calcutta classes and office fees not included). For those sticking to just the PHBA show, the flat fee will $175 and the open show flat fee is the same. Both days offer a full slate of classes with two judges, so this is a great opportunity to show to four judges: Julie Kennedy, David Johnson, Jim Isley, and Steve Lackey.
Saturday night will hold a special 50th Anniversary Alumni Mexican Fiesta Exhibitors Dinner celebrating half a century of the NCPEA going strong! Other added fun for the weekend includes plenty of drawings and “giveaways” of goodies from Wrangler, Dover Saddlery, Clemmons Mill,US Rider, LifeScience Data, Montana Silversmith, and more! Back numbers will be put into a drawing and winners named throughout the weekend. There will also be special prizes offered for “first-time” exhibitors at NCPEA to look forward to!
Awards don’t stop at the drawings. For the high-point winners, not only will they receive a free digital award photo courtesy of Ginger Horse Studio, LLC., but also great awards like trophies, belt buckles, neck ribbons, and more!
