A Little Futurity to Offer Pony Walk-Trot and Western Pleasure
A summertime favorite, The Little Futurity, is once again proving that it is fun for people of all ages with the addition of Pony Walk-Trot and Pony Western Pleasure at this year’s show. The announcement of the classes have been met with much excitement.
“It will be so much fun,” said Gale Little. “We are really looking forward to watching these young cowboys and cowgirls show their ponies. We cant wait!”
The Pony Western Pleasure will be sponsored by NSBA with Dianne Eppers sponsoring a trophy to the winner. Neither class will have an entry fee, but exhibitors will need to register their ponies at the show office and receive an exhibitor number to be eligible to show. The Pony Western Pleasure class will be open to exhibitors 9 years and younger, while exhibitors ages 7 and under will be eligible for the Pony Walk-Trot.
The Little Futurity will be held during the Tar Heel Triple Classic in Raleigh, North Carolina, June 12-14, 2016. This year will mark the event’s 12th anniversary and offer a full slate of NSBA classes, the 2nd Annual Heart of Stone Western Pleasure class, and much more.
