Western Dressage Association® of America Releases Show Recognition Program
Press Release
The Western Dressage Association® of America has developed a show recognition process to allow participation in the WDAA Horse Lifetime Achievement & Award Program. You will be able to take part in this program at any event that offers western dressage test and classes, including WDAA affiliate events, United States Equestrian Federation or United States Dressage Federation GMO shows that offer Western Dressage, provided they have applied and been approved for WDAA Show Recognition.
Only approved competitions that are recognized shows will be eligible for participation in the WDAA Lifetime Performance Awards program and any future WDAA award programs.
A unique show identification number will be assigned by WDAA for shows that have gained WDAA recognized status, and exclusive recognized WDAA branded logos will be provided to show organizers for advertising and promotion
Western Dressage classes offered at WDAA recognized shows must be governed by the WDAA Western Dressage rule book, judged by WDAA/USEF qualified judges, as defined in the WDAA rule book and will be featured on the WDAA online event calendar.
