What’s in a name? For many horses, a name is a combination of the sire and dam’s names. For Judy Pryor’s stallion PR Tells A Tale, a name means much more!
PR Tells A Tale (with the help of Judy Pryor, Robin DeGraff and Margo Gulbranson) is using his adorable image to be an advocate for youth and promoting good behavior and great ethics. The stallion’s owner Judy Pryor wants to help inspire youth everywhere to become more involved with the horse industry. “The youth are so important to our industry,” Judy says, “We need to make sure they get involved!”
“Buford” is gracing coloring pages monthly, encouraging kids to share their own tales and giving advice such as “Brush your teeth, comb your hair, clean your plate, say your prayers”. Saddle Up Clothing Company joined forces with Judy, bringing her to a few events where kids could color their own t-shirts and learn more about PR Tells A Tale.
You could also find Judy and Robin at Quarter Horse Congress with the PR Tells A Tale coloring sheets featuring the stallion in his Halloween best, and participating kids were able to win a color-able t-shirt!
