The 2012 Pfizer Versatility Ranch Horse and AQHA Cowboy Mounted Shooting World Championship Show is March 1-3 in Houston, in conjunction with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

If you can’t make it to Houston, AQHA offers a free live webcast of the event sponsored by Pfizer.

The versatility ranch horse competition promotes the athletic ability and versatility of the ranch horse in five categories: ranch riding, ranch trail, ranch cutting, working ranch horse and ranch horse conformation. In ranch horse versatility, there are divisions for open, amateur, novice amateur and youth. The world championship qualifiers are chosen from the open and amateur divisions.
