Malone Quarter Horses’ passion started in 1995 in beautiful Orange County, California. Their goal is to raise a select group of prospects with the proven heritage and quality to be successful at national levels of competition. They have a select band of broodmares located both in California and in Texas; consisting of daughters of such legendary stallions as Zippo Pine Bar, A Sudden Impulse, Hotrodders Jet Set, and The Invester. Their broodmares have been chosen for their proven pedigrees, correct conformation, wonderful dispositions, and ability to produce outstanding movement. Choosing a stallion for their broodmares entails examining show records, get records, magic crosses, and more. By taking the extra time to analyze the mare’s and stallion’s weaknesses and strengths they are able to produce a futurity prospect that is more likely to be successful in today’s competitive show pen.
